3. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Meher Studio.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation (email, WhatsApp, or invoice).

  • Event dates are blocked only after payment confirmation.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate event details and requirements

  • Ensure timely coordination and approvals

  • Obtain necessary permissions for photography, videography, or event execution

  • Ensure safe working conditions for Meher Studio staff and equipment at the event location

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All photographs, videos, designs, concepts, and creative materials produced by Meher Studio remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Meher Studio reserves the right to use event photos/videos for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless the client objects in writing prior to the event.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Meher Studio shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, or venue issues.

  • Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Third-Party Services

  • Meher Studio may engage third-party vendors (such as decorators, technicians, or equipment providers) for event execution.

  • We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by third-party vendors beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

  • The client breaches these Terms

  • Unsafe or unlawful conditions arise

  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior is directed toward our team

9. Privacy

  • Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.

11. Changes to Terms

  • Meher Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on the website.
